Lesson Plan 4
Lesson Plan 4 will help pupils to research candidates, and to prepare to cast their vote in the parallel election.
Use the before Easter version if you’re delivering the lesson for the first time before the Easter Holidays.
Use the after Easter version if you’re delivering the lesson for the first time after Easter Holidays.

But we have changed the content slightly so that it’s shorter.
There is a Powerpoint with audio, and an accompanying word document booklet for pupils to write answers.
Accessible Lesson Plans
These lesson plans provide a simpler and more accessible version of the lesson plans above, and could be used in settings where young people need extra help e.g. special schools. They include scaffolding to support pupil’ learning and understanding.
